Holbrooke Hotel

The Holbrooke Hotel, one of California’s oldest hotels and registered California State Landmark has undergone many identities throughout its lifespan. However, it had seen no updates in recent years and its status in downtown Grass Valley was fading. When the hotel was purchased in 2019 the new owners had a dream to revitalize the hotel and restore its presence within the historic downtown.

A team of local craftsmen and designers worked together to preserve and highlight the beauty of the historic building while updating it with a modern aesthetic.
