Jada Windows produces high-end thermally broken steel windows throughout multiple facilities in Grass Valley. This facility of nearly 31,000 sf, adjacent to their fabrication building, supports all of the finishing activities. While the building itself was existing the addition of 8 finishing booths and additional equipment created regulatory challenges. Technical and administrative services were provided to work with authorities and agencies to find solutions to problems and support the expansion of a thriving local business.
